Either 10 hours or 30 hours, depending on whether you choose an in-depth or a short project. Each title has both options available - i.e. there will be two projects done on the same theme, one more in-depth than the other. Projects will be ready for publication by April 2009.

Strictly, there isn't one - you just say you want to be involved, and then you can be!  The only qualification needed is an interest in the topic; these projects are for anyone, regardless of previous experience.
