The U8 magazine is one of the largest student magazines in the world, showcasing articles on international development written by students from around the globe. It is distributed to our member groups in over 17 countries and also to our partners and the wider humanitarian community. In alignment with U8's founding principle of inclusivity, the magazine is also available to download on this section of the website. Student designers from ARU have for the past few years illustrated the magazine in a poignant and thought provoking way, complementing meaty articles with creative design.
The magazine aims to raise general awareness of international development and to give students an international forum for expressing and discussing their views of international development. The theme for the 2010 edition is on Global Partnerships, discussing issues arising from technological partnerships to global governance of environment. The magazine will be featuring articles written by students across the world as well as research projects conducted by U8. It is due to be published by March 2010, so watch this space for further details!

Abridged research projects welcome. The summary should entail an introduction to the research you are doing, some details on what you have found out so far and a good concluding paragraph or two.
