The U8 is a global university network. It provides ways for students to learn about and engage with development issues in a free-thinking environment.

Our Mission
Our members undertake a range of activities – both online and on campus – including:

Through this, we seek to:

* Link U8 groups at different universities with one another
* Build two-way relationships with people who produce and implement development policies.
